Affiliate and Referral Disclosure

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 4, 2026

HaulTerminal earns money mainly from dispatch fees paid by the carriers we dispatch. We also have a few partner relationships, and we want them to be clear before you click.

Our partners

  • Factoring: when you ask for a factoring quote on this site, we send your details to our factoring partner, and we may be paid for the referral.
  • Vertical Identity: a DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium for carriers whose drivers need a CDL. We may earn a referral fee when you enroll through our link.
  • TruckClub: a breakdown protection plan for commercial trucks. It is not insurance. We may earn a referral fee when you sign up through our link.

What that means for you

  • It doesn't change your price. You pay the same whether you use our link or go direct.
  • Partner links are marked, with a short note next to them, and open the partner's own site.
  • We only place a partner offer where it fits the reader, such as the consortium on our compliance pages for CDL carriers.
  • Partners don't write or approve our content, and you're free to choose any other provider.

Why we have partners

Carriers ask us the same questions every week: how to get paid faster, how to join a random testing pool, what happens when the engine fails. When a partner answers one of those well, we'd rather point you to it than leave you searching. The referral fee helps pay for the free guides and calculators on this site.

If you'd rather not use our links

That's fine. Search for the company by name and go to its site directly, or pick a different provider. It won't affect anything about our dispatch service.

How we write and source our content is in the editorial policy.
